AANM MISSION
The Arab American National Museum's mission is to document, preserve, celebrate, and educate the public on the history, life, culture and contributions of Arab Americans. We serve as a resource to enhance knowledge and understanding about Arab Americans and their presence in this country.

Besides writing, I am also an educator. I tell my students to always try something new--get out of their comfort zone.

So, I am challenging you to do the same as well! If you are into movies and films, how about adding a new twist?

Watch foreign films with subtitles. Not only will you enter the world of another culture, but you will feel good about yourself for trying something new, allowing yourself to see other points of views.

Good places to search for foreign films include the Internet, newspapers, asking family, friends and colleagues.
